Here to note that due to its immense strategic importance, you can experience heavy deployment of Army personals and military hardware in different parts of Arunachal. So to travel sensitive area, you need to acquire a special permit called ILP or Inner Line Permit. Basically to enter Arunachal you need an ILP. After crossing Valukpong, in every location like Dirang, Bomdila, Tawang in western part and Itanagar in eastern part, travellers need to produce ILP. For Ziro and other protected/preserved areas, a special permit is required called RAP or Restricted Area Permit. That can be arranged by Adorable Vacation. You need not to take any headache.
